Life Skills Training

WHAT IS LIFE SKILLS TRAINING?
ABOUT
Project B.O.L.T.’s Life Skills Training is a free program that aims to improve participants' well-being and help them develop into active and productive community members. There are six areas of focus (scopes) for the program, but they can be modified to fit your need.
IMPACT
Project B.O.L.T. wants to help you become the best version of yourself, and our Life Skills Training Program is a step towards that goal. Through the program, you can create individualized lessons that fit your needs. Regardless of what you struggle with, from maintaining a healthy credit score to grief coping, there is something for you.
